Cardio & Strength Class

Cardio & Strength Classes are 60-minute high energy class that contains high and low impact movements with aerobic dance and strength training incorporated.  Fun music and inventive movement will keep your mind interested and your body working to its max.  All ages and ability levels welcome!

FIT812's goal is to build a community where everyone encourages each other to be the best version of themselves. You will work hard at your own pace until you are ready to push yourself to the next level.  We will be there every step of the way. You will also have A LOT of FUN!

Aerobic Dance Movements

You will get lost in the fun and challenge of our aerobic dance movements and forget you're getting an excellent workout. The goal is to keep your heart rate going and have a lot of fun doing it. 

Strength Training

Weights are incorporated throughout classes to balance cardio and strength. You'll get great instruction on proper technique as well. 

All Ages & Fitness Levels Welcome

It's easy to go at your own pace whether that's performing every move at full out or taking advantage of the modified moves where you need to. Everyone starts somewhere and we'd love for you to start here at FIT812! We'll make sure it's an experience that fits your fitness level.
